In the year 20,580 A.D. WWXXXXVI has devastated the human population. Unfortunately, most of the people who are left are soldiers as the majority of people in The North American Allied forces were completely wiped out by Eurasian Forces. After many peace negotiations, and many years of war, a separatist movement of many of the world's intelligent engineers, scientists, artists, writers, doctors, and teachers decided to seclude themselves within a vast series of domed stadiums contained within a protective dome. Housing was initially designed to be equal by all people, and many of the worlds natural resources are under their control.
They design a new government chosen by the collaborative ideas of all people who decide that making the world a better place for future generations is essential to the progression of humankind, justice, honor, and peace. That we as a species would progress in ways that we would never dream of. As several eons pass, peace negotiations are reached between this group, who's defensive military is as scary as it's exports are appealing. In this class of people the government is run by an executive branch that is overseen by one leader. The executive branch has the final say on all laws except in cases where a decisions is not reached at which point the leader chooses for them. Because of the changes civilization makes in their voting choices, the congress is no longer able to vote on the very laws they draft, and are unable to pass attached bills for the purpose of serving alternative agendas contrary to the best interests of humanity. Police serve the purpose of arresting criminals, however criminals are fewer, and most encounters are friendly exchanges.
A new religion is followed that believes God is a creative force that created us all and all religions. God has no gender and is known as the Supreme One. Marriage is polygamous for people with higher educations legal within the scope of the male's income. A man can therefore have as many wives as he chooses provided she meets the genetic requirements for marriage, and he can afford to do so without causing undo hardship on the children who need a father who is generous with his time.
A woman can likewise choose as many husbands as she likes provided that they meet genetic requirements. The husbands however our expected to contribute to the development of the children as well as the income, and there are many cases of such arrangements, but mostly for the purposes of pushing private agendas with monetary influence since women still spend a lot of time with their children which are both natural and cloned.
People with an IQ less than 140 are forbidden to have children with more than one wife, and are heavily fined for premarital sex resulting in bastard children with IQ scores less than 140. This encourages the growth of humanity, and this separatist movement flourishes as a result of their fair laws and intelligent choices.
After many years of peace, the peace of this people is disrupted by Eurasian forces. The Eurasian forces which now includes the North Americans which were completely wiped out before their land was turned into a natural resource farm of various resources including food, medical supplies, and natural herbs used for entertainment purposes.
Drug addiction, crime, violence, STD's, and ignorance is rampant as well as hate and racism. People in Eurasia are territorial, and plan on taking out this Nation of people so they can then attack the rest of the world that they police.
